New growth specimen pendant: sterling silver with fresh water pearls

**Made to order**

New growth in spring, fresh leaves and flower buds....this is what inspires this specimen pendant. New growth specimen pendants are made to order but all feature similar components. They are hand forged in sterling silver, they have 2 forged leaves that lead of centre and 2 strands of 3/4 fresh water pearls in sage green and lime green. The composition of the pieces silhouettes wire work juts out from behind breaking the frame of the forged circle. The bail is finished with a spray of small 3 petal flowers.

As I create the new growth specimen pendants the composition may vary according to each pieces needs, just as paintings of a similar themes may vary in each attempt.

The pendant is finished of in a combination of satin matt and polished highlights
